We are looking for an IT infrastructure Engineer to support the local infrastructure for Iddink and also support ongoing Azure activities for Sanoma.

About The Role

We are looking for an IT infrastructure Engineer to support the local infrastructure for Iddink and also support ongoing Azure activities for Sanoma.

Key tasks

Independent support for users and devices that don’t belong to Sanoma:

  • Rights for applications and/or objects
  • Access tag-management
  • Maintaining conferencing-setups
  • Reinstalling and or/update Windows devices
  • small technical issues
  • Support on RDS-environment
  • Support on several COTS-applications
  • Monitor local infrastructuur (to be migrated to the Cloud)
  • Planned and unplanned maintenance
  • Maintain current Azure environment
  • Maintain on prem RDS-environment
  • Assist in moving to Azure
  • Be involved in various projects
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Execute on/offboarding of staff
  • Maintain AV-equipment

About You

  • Azure experience on junior/medior level and willing to learn
  • Customer service minded
  • Can do mentality
  • Willingness to help but still follow procedures
  • Expert knowledge of RDS
  • Senior knowledge of Windows/IOS
  • Flexibel and willing to work out of office hours

About Us

You will become a member of the Technical Services Infrastructure team supporting the whole of Sanoma. Roles within the team are not country focused but support Sanoma throughout Europe.

Current team consist of Service Managers, Architects, Engineers.
