Join our lean, remote-first team where every individual makes a significant impact in shaping the future of software quality. /ppbRole Mission /b /ppTo empower Qase's growth by applying strategic finance, GTM analytics, and data expertise to drive revenue performance, product insights, and company-wide strategic decisions. /ppThis high-impact, cross-functional role sits at the intersection of Strategic Finance/FPA, Revenue Analytics, RevOps, and Product Insights. You will own analytics end-to-end, from metric standardization and data pipeline streamlining to SQL extraction, modeling, BI dashboards, and executive-ready insights. Your contributions will directly shape critical business areas including pipeline generation, customer retention, expansion strategy, pricing packaging, and product roadmap prioritization, making you a trusted source of truth for core GTM and financial metrics. /ppbWhat You'll Do /b /pulliOwn revenue analytics and insights across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, delivering weekly reporting and analysis on key metrics like pipeline, bookings, ARR growth, retention, and unit economics. /liliBuild forecasting and strategic finance models for ARR growth, GTM capacity, and unit economics to support executive decision-making, planning cycles, and Board/Investor reporting. /liliDevelop Qase’s centralized analytics platform, transitioning from fragmented spreadsheets to a warehouse-first BI environment with governed metric definitions and self-serve dashboards. /liliAnalyze the full growth funnel, from PLG activation and pipeline conversion through expansion and churn, to identify opportunities for improving acquisition efficiency, retention, and revenue growth. /liliDrive customer health and retention insights using product usage, customer signals, and cohort analysis to identify churn risk early and support expansion opportunities. /li /ulpbWhat We're Looking For /b /pulli4–7+ years in Strategic Finance, GTM Analytics, RevOps, Business Intelligence, FPA, or similar roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS or technology companies. /liliLocated in one of the following countries: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, or Italy. /liliEnglish proficiency. /li /ulpbGreat to Have /b /pulliStrong SQL skills for complex data extraction and analysis (complex joins, CTEs, window functions). /liliAdvanced Excel/Sheets proficiency (XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, ARRAY formulas, pivots). /liliStrong understanding of revenue and business performance metrics, with expertise in SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, ROI, funnel conversion). /liliExcellent communication and ability to influence leadership. /liliExpertise in SaaS GTM data structures. /li /ulpbBonus Points /b /pulliExperience with Dev Tooling SaaS. /liliExperience with Stripe, ChartMogul, or SaaS billing data. /liliStrong BI experience (Metabase, Looker, Mode, Tableau, Hex, or similar). /liliDeep experience working with HubSpot CRM. /li /ulpbCompensation Benefits /b /ppUSD50000 – USD per year /pulliEquity included /liliMedical benefits /liliHealthcare benefits /liliEquity benefits /liliProfessional development /liliRemote friendly /liliCompany events /liliHigh impact, early influence /liliOpportunity to work across Finance, Product, Sales, and Marketing /liliSolve meaningful problems by building data systems and insights /liliJoin a global, remote-first team with strong ownership and flexibility /li /ulpbTeam Culture /b /ppAt Qase, we foster a remote-first culture that values learning from failures, moving fast with intensity, winning as a team, and taking initiative.
