QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and craft compelling technical solutions.
- Lead the creation and delivery of high-quality proposals, RFP responses, and product demonstrations tailored to telco clients.
- Present complex solutions to C-level executives, clearly articulating the business value and ROI.
- Translate customer requirements into solution architecture using existing products, tools, and customization opportunities.
- Serve as a technical advisor and subject matter expert in BSS/OSS, 5G, IoT, MVNO, network infrastructure, and related telco technologies.
- Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (product, engineering, delivery) during the presales cycle.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors, and proactively identify new opportunities and use cases.
- Support sales enablement by mentoring junior presales staff and improving internal processes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in presales or solution engineering roles, preferably within the telco sector.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technologies including BSS/OSS platforms, 4G/5G, IoT, cloud-native architecture, and digital transformation.
- Proven experience working with Tier-1 operators, MVNOs, or network equipment vendors.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
