ppAs Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing financial and operational performance across eight production facilities located in six European countries. /p pReporting directly to the Finance Director Europe, you will work closely with the Director Europe, Director Operational Support Projects, and local Finance Managers to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and quantify improvement potential. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Performance Analysis /h3 ul liAnalyze actual, forecast and budget financial performance across multiple production facilities. /li liMonitor and evaluate operational KPIs including: /li liCapacity utilization /li liScrap rates /li liManufacturing efficiency /li liLabor productivity /li liIdentify trends, risks, performance gaps and improvement opportunities. /li liSupport monthly business reviews with meaningful analysis and recommendations. /li /ul h3Benchmarking Cost Efficiency /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain cost efficiency benchmarks across production facilities. /li liAnalyze cost developments in relation to operational performance and production volumes. /li liQuantify the financial impact of operational improvement initiatives. /liliIdentify best practices and support the implementation of improvement opportunities across sites. /li /ul h3Savings Reporting /h3 ul liTrack, validate and report operational and purchasing savings initiatives. /li liEnsure consistent methodologies and calculations are applied across all facilities. /li liChallenge assumptions and verify realised benefits against business expectations. /li /ul h3Inflation Cost Monitoring /h3 ul liEstablish and maintain inflation trackers by production facility. /li liMonitor developments in labour, energy, material and overhead costs. /li liSupport forecast and budget processes by providing insight into cost trends and inflation impacts. /li /ul h3Strategic Projects /h3 pSupport various European projects including: /p ul liShared service cost allocation reviews /li liReporting standardization and process improvements /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 h3Education Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FPA, Controlling or Manufacturing Finance. /li liExperience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred. /li liExperience working across multiple sites, countries or business units is an advantage. /liliStrong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. /li liAdvanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI. /li liAbility to analyse large datasets and transform them into actionable business insights. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing operations and cost structures. /li liExcellent communication skills and confidence to interact with senior stakeholders. /li liAble to challenge information constructively and drive fact-based decision making. /li liProactive, independent and results-oriented. /li /ul h3What Success Looks Like /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liDeliver meaningful insights that improve operational and financial performance. /li liCreate transparency through robust benchmarking and performance analysis. /li liEstablish reliable savings and inflation reporting across Europe. /li liSupport key strategic projects that improve profitability and cost competitiveness. /li liBecome a trusted business partner to both Finance and Operations leadership. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liA highly visible European role with direct exposure to senior leadership. /li liThe opportunity to drive performance improvements across eight manufacturing facilities. /li liA dynamic international environment with significant learning and development opportunities. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
