Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking for a Product Specialist to join our team and support Chroma’s cutting-edge semiconductor and IC test solutions.
As part of our development, we will be relocating to a new location at Zonnebaan 35, 3542 EB Utrecht in early 2026.

Responsibilities
- Providing pre-sales & after-sales support for Chroma’s portfolio of semiconductor IC test and thermal test solutions;
- Supporting semiconductor and thermal testing solutions: IC Handlers, System-Level (SLT) Solutions, thermal test solutions;
- Supporting driver development (LabWindows/CVI) and testing;
- Performing service work at national and international locations;
- Assisting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting and maintenance;
- Supporting sales specialist for installation and training for Semiconductor and Thermal Solutions on site;
- Carrying out Electrical/Mechatronics engineering actions and activities;
- Coordinating projects including preparing detailed plans, setting objectives and ensuring necessary resources;
- Identifying and solving technical problems and ensuring the correct operation of systems;
- Reading and interpreting maintenance schedules;
- Coordinating with customers and inform them properly;
- Participating in exhibitions;
- Being able to have business trips abroad;
- Cross-department collaboration with other department.
Candidate Profile:
- Completed a Bachelor or Master in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics or a related field;
- Entry Level position;
- Strong problem-solving abilities to apply past experience and knowledge to new challenges and contribute to organizational learning;
- Accurate, flexible and motivated to take on challenges;
- Team player, both within the company and towards customers, consortium partners and suppliers;
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work;
- Hands-on experience would be a huge plus;
- Willingness to travel;
- B Driving license is required for this position;
- You are independent with strong communication skills, customer-oriented;
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
