With over 400 professionals, we work every day on applications that make a real difference for our 450 customers worldwide. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pAs a Senior Mobile Apps Developer, you play a key role within the development team. You are responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving mobile applications for Android and iOS, ensuring they are scalable, high-performing, and future-proof. /p pYou are involved in the full software development lifecycle and take the lead in technical decision-making. You ensure quality, security, and maintainability, while actively contributing to continuous improvement of processes and ways of working. /p pYou work in a multidisciplinary Scrum team and act as a sparring partner for product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders. You take ownership of complex features and contribute to a strong team dynamic through knowledge sharing and coaching. /p h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefining and safeguarding the technical architecture of mobile applications /li liDesigning, developing, and maintaining scalable mobile solutions /li liMaking well-founded choices in frameworks, tooling, and technologies /li liTaking end-to-end ownership of complex features and projects /li liIntegrating APIs and external services /li liEnsuring code quality, performance, security, and maintainability /li liSetting up and improving CI/CD processes and automation /li liCoaching and mentoring junior and mid-level developers /li liActing as the technical point of contact for stakeholders /li liIdentifying risks and proactively proposing solutions /li /ul h3How do you work? /h3 pYou are part of a Scrum team and collaborate closely with Product Management, UX/UI, and other development teams. You actively participate in Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to effective collaboration and continuous improvement. /p pYou translate functional requirements into robust technical solutions, considering user experience, performance, and various scenarios such as offline and online usage. /p h3What do you bring? /h3 ul liAt least 5+ years of experience as a Software Developer, including several years in mobile development /li liAt least 5 years of experience with .NET (preferably .NET Core / .NET 6+); /li liExperience with ASP.NET Core (developing REST APIs and backend services); /li liExperience with .NET MAUI or similar mobile frameworks (e.g. Xamarin); /li liProven experience in mobile app development (Android and/or iOS); /li liStrong experience with Git (branching, pull requests, code reviews); /li liStrong knowledge of software design principles (SOLID, DRY, Clean Code) Proven ability to build maintainable and testable software; /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills; /li liAffinity with mobile app development (UX, performance, offline/online scenarios); /li liOwnership mindset and end-to-end responsibility for quality and delivery; /li liExperience working in Agile/Scrum teams. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience with CI/CD (e.g. YAML pipelines) /li liExperience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, Pipelines) /li liExperience with test automation (UI testing such as Appium and API/integration testing) /li liExperience with Azure or other cloud environments /li liExperience with monitoring and logging (e.g. Application Insights) /li liKnowledge of performance optimization (mobile and backend) /li liExperience with AI tools in development (e.g. Copilot, AI-assisted testing) /li /ul h3Who are you? /h3 pYou enjoy working independently and take strong ownership of your work and results.
