Your role as HR Operations Specialist Spain
In this role, you are a key link within the HR team with a focus on Spain. You ensure that HR processes run smoothly and support stores and colleagues with questions related to personnel administration, payroll and collective labour agreement changes. You work across countries and languages, which makes your role dynamic and varied.
You will join a close knit and engaged team that relies strongly on each other. There is always a lot to do and no two days are the same. That is why we are looking for someone who can maintain overview, take initiative and enjoys working together. You are confident in your communication, can manage different types of people and remain calm and professional in more challenging situations.
