You ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, support statutory compliance across the region, strengthen internal controls, and act as a trusted business partner to stakeholders across Finance and Operations. /p pWorking in an international matrix organization, you collaborate closely with colleagues across EMEA and our Center of Excellence in India, contributing to process improvements, technology optimization, and finance transformation initiatives. /p h3Job Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport bmonthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities /b for EMEA entities. /li liPrepare and review bfinancial reporting, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations. /b /li libEnsure compliance /b with statutory, tax, VAT, and regulatory requirements. /li libSupport internal and external audits /b and maintain a strong internal control environment (SOX). /li libMonitor developments /b in accounting standards and local regulations. /li liDrive bprocess improvements and support finance transformation projects /b. /li libWork closely with business stakeholders /b across Finance, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams. /li liSupport system and reporting improvements within OneStream and Oracle environments. /li /ul h3Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of US GAAP and statutory accounting requirements. /li liExperience with financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. /li liExperience with ERP systems, OneStream, Power BI, and Excel. /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. /li liExcellent communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and functions. /li liAbility to work independently as well as together with the team. /li liFluent in Dutch and English. /li liGood understanding of the German language (both reading and speaking) is a great advantage. /li liUnderstanding of the Spanish language is an extra plus. /li /ul h3Education and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance. /li li8+ years of relevant accounting or financial control experience in an international environment. /li liExperience within manufacturing, industrial, or services organizations is preferred. /li liBig 4 or other public accounting experience is a plus. /li /ul h3Work Benefits /h3 ul liHybrid working model with Friday as an optional work-from-home day. /li liInternational role with exposure to multiple EMEA markets. /li liOpportunity to contribute to transformation and process improvement initiatives. /li liCompetitive salary and benefits package. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
