This is an opportunity to combine hands-on ERP work with real ownership in an international environment. You will play a visible role in shaping how finance is embedded in the ERP landscape, while contributing to a global rollout and building a more consistent and scalable finance environment.
Position
As Finance ERP Specialist (Lead), you operate at the core of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems' Pedestrian segment, where finance, systems, and operations come together. In a business that continues to grow internationally and integrate acquisitions, you contribute directly to the rollout of Infor LN and the further standardisation of finance processes across entities.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You are responsible for how finance processes are translated into the ERP environment and how these work in practice. You combine involvement in ERP implementations with responsibility for the ongoing maintenance, optimisation, and governance of the finance system landscape, including financial structures and master data.
You operate at the intersection of finance, IT, and the business, working closely with local finance teams, solution architects, and developers in an international, manufacturing-driven environment. From this position, you have a visible impact on how finance is structured and supported across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Drive and support the rollout of Infor LN across entities
- Translate finance processes into functional ERP solutions
- Own and maintain financial structures, including general ledger and master data
- Ensure stability and continuous improvement of the ERP landscape
- Act as the link between finance, IT, and external partners
- Support business process improvements and system changes
- Train and support key users and finance teams
Your profile
You are a hands-on finance professional with a strong affinity for systems and processes. You combine a solid background in accounting or operational finance with proven ERP experience, where you have actively worked on system configuration, implementation or maintenance.
You understand how finance translates into system logic and are comfortable working in the system yourself. At the same time, you are able to act as a sparring partner for finance and IT, translating business needs into practical solutions.
You enjoy working in an environment where you combine ownership with execution. You are pragmatic, structured and able to operate independently, while navigating stakeholders in a matrix organisation. You are comfortable balancing project work with ongoing system maintenance and governance.
Background and experience
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Strong background in accounting, financial administration, or operational finance
- Proven hands-on ERP experience in a finance context
- Experience with ERP implementations and or rollouts, as well as ongoing system support and maintenance
- Experience with Infor LN or Baan is a strong preference
- Understanding of financial structures such as general ledger, dimensions, and integrations
- Experience in an international and preferably industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus
- Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
