This shift enables greater simplification and standardization across procurement categories and processes. You will be responsible for Logistics Category Management across Western and Central Europe (WCE), supporting Kimberly-Clark’s logistics purchasing activities in the region. You will report to the Global Logistics Procurement Director and you will be an individual contributor (no direct reports). /p h3Location Travel /h3 pbLocation: /bHybrid model (3 days remote / 2 days at Ede Office weekly) for candidates already based in the Netherlands. /p pbTravel: /b Occasional travel may be required as supply and business partners are located across the region. All travel is planned in advance and should not be a barrier for applicants with family or career commitments. /p h3Key Accountabilities /h3 ul liEnsure that the company requirements for category are fulfilled with the optimum quality, service and total cost of ownership, aligned with internal business partners, market opportunities, and short- and long-term needs. /li liManage communications between Kimberly-Clark suppliers and internal business partners to ensure business needs are met on an ongoing basis. /li liDevelop and maintain expertise on vendor selection, relationships and negotiation. /li liMaintain close, cooperative relationships with key business partners to enable development of relevant, forward-focused category strategies. /li liOperate with an end-to-end supply chain / business mindset and, in partnership with the Business Unit, ensure service continuity, continuous improvement and maximized value delivery to enhance Kimberly-Clark’s brand equity and profitability. /li liMaintain collaborative relationships across Procurement to drive value for the EMEA business and support needs of other regions. /li liEnsure internal control requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Logistics and/or Supply Chain within a complex business environment. /li liStrong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence effectively with and without authority across internal and external partners. /li liProven experience operating in fast-paced, high-pressure, global and culturally diverse environments. /li liExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a clear results-driven mindset. /li liStrong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated problem-solving experience to reduce total cost and improve processes. /li liPrior experience within the relevant logistics category area is a strong advantage. /li liFluent in English. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liAccess to a competitive salary package and pension plan. /li liComprehensive health and wellbeing benefits, including health insurance coverage. /li liSupport for flexible and hybrid working, including a home-working allowance. /li liContribution towards home office and telecommunication costs. /li liWellbeing initiatives, including support for sports or fitness activities. /li liFlexible working hours / summer hours. /li liGood work–life balance. /li /ul h3To Be Considered /h3 pClick the Apply button and complete the online application process.
