ppWe are currently supporting a growing manufacturing business in the Netherlands looking to hire a bChemical Engineer /b with strong expertise in binjection moulding and mold development /b. /p pThis is an exciting opportunity to join a technically driven team. /p h3bKey Focus Areas: /b /h3 ul libInjection Moulding Processes: /b Strong understanding of injection moulding principles, machine parameters, material behaviour, and process optimisation to ensure high-quality, repeatable production. /li libFeasibility Studies: /b Conduct technical feasibility assessments for new products and tooling, including material selection, manufacturability analysis, and cost-efficiency considerations. /li libMold Flow Analysis: /b Perform and interpret mold flow simulations to optimise gate locations, cooling systems, cycle times, and reduce defects such as warpage, shrinkage, or air traps. /li libMold Construction Optimisation: /b Work closely with toolmakers and production teams on mold design, construction, validation, and continuous improvement of tooling performance. /li libHands-On Engineering Expertise: /b Practical, shop-floor experience supporting production, troubleshooting processing issues, and implementing process improvements. /li /ul h3bNice to Have: /b /h3 ul libMetrology Measurement Systems Experience: /b Familiarity with dimensional inspection techniques, measurement equipment (e.g., CMM), tolerance analysis, and quality validation processes. /li liStrong, hands‑on industry experience is far more important. /li liFluency in both English and Dutch is essential for effective collaboration across team /li /ul pThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys working close to production, solving technical challenges, and driving process improvements within a manufacturing environment. /p pIf you are open to new opportunities or would like to learn more, feel free to message me directly on email /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
