In the position of Recruiter at Faber, your main tasks will consist of finding, reaching and recruiting skilled painters. The focus in this will be on matching the candidates with their future employers, such as painting companies. In order to find our future painters, you will be writing and posting vacancies on our website and jobboards. This way, our candidates will be able to find you. Additionally, you will go through our databases, jobboards and more, and will reach out proactively via phone, email and social media in order to reach possible candidates. Your personal network is an important source for recruitment as well, you have a strong network and are able to get in contact with the perfect people for the vacancies you have! Once you are in contact with them, maintaining this relationship and matching them with the best client is up to you! As our Recruiter, you are always looking for new and innovative ways to reach our future candidates. Making sure they understand the benefits of working with Faber and keeping close contact with them will be the most important in this position. When you have found the perfect candidate for the job, you don’t just pass them on to your colleagues, the Accountmanagers. Throughout their careers with Faber, you will remain as their contact person and monitor their growth and development. Also, when selecting your candidates, you look beyond their cv and really discover their ambition and potential. When they are successful, you are too! You maintain steady contact with your candidates and are more than happy to help them along, when their current projects come to an end. This allows them to be successful with Faber again and again! Since you will be recruiting for more than one unit within the Faber organization, you will be at the center of our operations. Our colleagues can rely on you to find the best person for the job and are always nearby to help you with details about the clients or the vacancies they are trying to fill. This also means you work with several different teams and colleagues within our company, which will bring a lot of diversity to the job!

Having the best possible contact with both your clients and candidates is very important to you and this is something you strive to achieve every day. Connecting different parties such as clients, candidates as well as your own colleagues, that’s the perfect challenge for you! You are their first line of contact when it comes to questions and you love to guide them through the selection process and beyond. What are some of your skills as a Recruiter for Faber?
You have one year of experience in a similar position as a Recruiter or Accountmanager within the recruitment industry;
You’re fluent in both the Polish and English language (the Dutch language is a strong plus);
Available for 32-40 hours per week;
You have a genuine interest in your candidates;
You have strong communication skills;
In possession of a SEU-certificate or you are willing to obtain this.

Monthly salary of €2.000 and €3.200 (based on your experience) and an additional 2,5% compensation;

As the Recruiter (Polish) at Faber, you will be working closely with your fellow Recruiters and Accountmanagers of the nearby units.
